Course completion certificate

A finished course deserves a piece of paper. It also deserves an honest one — this says what it is, which is a family record of work completed.

Course description in one or two sentences

What this is not. A certificate a parent signs is a family record of work completed. It is not an accredited qualification, a diploma, or evidence that any particular institution will accept the course. Where a credential is needed, that comes from your local requirements and the receiving institution — not from a printed page. Keep this with the transcript working record, which is the document that does the heavier lifting later.

Give it to the child anyway. Finishing a whole course of mathematics is a real thing to have done.
